This study looked into the influence of motivational factors among foreign and local tourists who availed VHO-partnered hotels in Cebu City. The utilized a descriptive-correlational design to look level on (a) ease navigation, (b) opportunity earn points rewards, (c) availability affordable pricing, (d) simplicity reservation process varied mode payments.
